Who is behind Dept 91?
Dept 91 is led by the founder of a successful B2B SaaS platform that has tens of thousands of customers and truly global reach. Other similarly qualified professionals come and go depending on the project, but needless to say we all make our living elsewhere, and do this as a passion.
The rationale behind the project stems from the early days of building a product; the days where you have no revenue but still need tools to help your fledgling business grow.
We believe you shouldn't need to pay $99 per month for a decent customer fedback tool, and you shouldn't have to accept something shit and ugly if $20 per month is a stretch to you. You also shouldn't be tied into a recurring monthly payment if you're not going to use the tool super regularly.
So that's who we are and why we started Dept 91.
